Our Philosophy

It is our goal to help our clients reach the best possible outcome.  That's why we offer clients practical legal advice and representation in negotiation and litigation.  You'll notice that we put negotiation first; that's because we have observed that for many clients the court system is too uncertain, too slow and far too expensive to be practical.  Accordingly it is our practice to negotiate first (except in rare circumstances).  We have found that this keeps the process quicker, cheaper, and gives our clients more control over the outcome of the matter.

If negotiation doesn't work, then we work hard to reach the best possible outcome for our clients by litigating in appropriate cases.
