5 June 2009: EEOC v. United Airlines
The Chicago Tribune reports that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit against United Airlines alleging discrimination against disabled employees in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Here's the link:
